- Red Hat Enterprise Linux is a Linux distribution developed by Red Hat for the commercial market.
- It is the foundation from which you can scale existing apps and roll out emerging technologies like bare-metal, virtual, container, and all types of cloud environments.
- RHEL can work on desktops, on servers, in hypervisors, or in the cloud.
- Red Hat and its community-supported counterpart, Fedora, are among the most widely used Linux distributions in the world.
